Marchesa Red Monferrato DOC White Label: obtained from Barbera, Merlot, Albarossa, vinficated separately in steel with cold extraction of the aromas in collection and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature with micro-oxygenation at each reassembly. Subsequently assembled at 33% each after at least one year of aging in steel. Velvety softness and natural spicy fragrance of the vine enhanced by low sulphites, great structure.
This wine is excellent for pairings with first course recipes, but also with all types of meat or for those who love reds even during the summer.

Taste: in the mouth it is easy, clean, velvety, soft and fresh;the particularity of this wine comes from the Gavi terroir which positively influences the characteristics of Barbera and Merlot, but above all from the presence of Albarossa to 33%, the ancient rediscovered vine that combines the spicy scent of Nebiolo to the Barbera structure. The absence of the barrique and the low level of sulphites allow to appreciate the natural aromas of the vine.
It is a fresh and fragrant red wine, perfect for everyday consumption.
