Marchesa Red Monferrato DOC Pelvaro
Marchesa Monferrato DOC Rosso Pelvaro: is a blend of two great native Piedmontese grapes, Pelvaro 80% and Albarossa 20% vinified separately with cold extraction of the aromas during the harvest and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature with microoxygenation during frequent pumping over. The wine has fascinating notes of white pepper and black currant typical of Pelaverga together with the great softness and structure of Albarossa.
