
Marchesa Red Monferrato DOC Pelvaro
Marchesa Monferrato DOC Rosso Pelvaro It is a wine obtained from a native Piedmontese grapes, the Pelaverga. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and vinified separately with cold extraction of the aromas, through the practice of cryomaceration. During fermentation, careful management of oxygen allows to avoid aromatic deviations to the advantage of the development of varietal aromas of the grapes. The peppery note typical of Pelaverga prevails on the nose and the fullness and softness given by the optimal refinement in the mouth.
