Marchesa Red Monferrato DOC Gold Label
Marchesa Monferrato Rosso DOC Gold Label: it is obtained from Barbera, Merlot, Albarossa (a clone of Nebiolo and Barbera) vinified separately with cold extraction of the aromas in collection and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature with microoxygenation at each reassembly. Subsequently assembled with 50% of Albarossa. Great softness in the mouth with intense spicy scents and hints of minerality, enhanced by low sulphites and great structure.
A great Monferrato Rosso wine, winner of the Gold medal at the 2014 Berliner Wine Trophy.

Cultivation: with a mix of trichoderma and microorganism in order to obtain grapes with higher antioxidant power.

Winemaking: stainless steel under controlled temperature with micro-oxygenation of the must; 15 months aging stainless steel

Service Temperature: 15-16°C
Matching: excellent for pairings with meat types for important meals, even game
Taste: important structure with soft tannins. The characteristics of the normal red Monferrato are enhanced in this wine for its structure, softness and persistence given by the presence of 50% of Albarossa.
