Marchesa Piemonte doc Albarossa Gold Label: the wine is obtained from Albarossa (clone of Nebiolo and Barbera) vinified in steel with cold extraction of the perfumes in harvest and subsequent fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with microoxygenation at each reassembly, then one year of aging in steel. Soft and velvety in the mouth with an intense balsamic scent, excellent for any type of combination of meat for those who love full-bodied red wines.
