Wedding in a farmhouse
The reception hall of La Marchesa is a perfect location to organize an italian wedding in a farmhouse, in the countryside, in the rolling hills of Monferrato, between Novi Ligure and Gavi.
It is a seventeenth century villa, built by the Marquises Sauli as the center of their farm, in which a careful restoration of the vintage volumes has made it possible to create a large hall with exposed beams and an antique fireplace with a maximum capacity of 130 people.
Wedding guests can be accommodated in the 12 rooms of the farm: the spouses can book the entire farmhouse.
The restaurant has ample parking and wheelchair access areas.

The villa of La Marchesa, historic house, has many beautiful rooms of medium size, like all the great villas of the 1700s, but it lacks a large room that can accommodate 130 people, according to the needs of today’s weddings.
But, adjacent to the villa of La Marchesa, the ancient “Lemon house”, the “Orangery” is available for weddings and can comfortably accommodate up to 130 people.
Inside the villa, the chapel dedicated to the Custodian Angels, consecrated, is one of the most beautiful private chapels in the area.
According to the norms of the Vatican Council it can not be used for the official ceremony which can however be held in the Commune or in a church in Novi Ligure.
The chapel can be used for the blessing of the bride and groom and for memory pictures: the gardens around the house have glimpses of great beauty.
